Tadeusz Buksiński, profesor filozofii. W latach 1973–2012 zatrudniony w Uniwersytecie Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. Od roku 2000 profesor w Akademii Kaliskiej. Autor 14 monografii autorskich oraz ponad 130 artykułów opublikowanych w Polsce oraz za granicą. W badaniach koncentrował się na problematyce filozofii społecznej, filozofii politycznej oraz na etyce.

Podstawowe jest pojęcie energii, które należy rozumieć metafizycznie, a nie fizykalistycznie. Energia jest siłą, mocą czynienia czegoś, źródłem i zasadą przemian. Taka metafizyczna koncepcja energii jest zgodna z opisami dostarczanymi przez tradycyjne źródła różnych religii oraz wspomnianymi doświadczeniami wykraczającymi poza wymiar czysto fizykalny. Zatem ta energetyczna metafizyka nie jest czystą spekulacją Tadeusza Buksińskiego ani wytworem jego spekulatywnej wyobraźni, ale po prostu pewną spójną filozoficzną koncepcją opartą na tekstach klasycznych i zarejestrowanych doświadczeniach ludzkich. Jest to metafizyka w tym sensie również, że wykracza poza to, co dane w potocznym i naukowym doświadczeniu, i wchodzi na obszar tego, co jest ponad światem fizycznym. […] Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje zaproponowana interpretacja odkupienia i zbawczej misji Jezusa. Autor odrzuca potoczne, tradycyjne kontraktowe koncepcje odkupienia. Odrzuca również interpretacje śmierci Jezusa jako wyrażające okrucieństwo Boga-Ojca, świadczące o tym, że Bóg jest zły i że czyni zło. Czyniąc tak, demonstruje, że klasa dopuszczalnych interpretacji najważniejszych zdarzeń Ewangelii jest o wiele bogatsza niż głoszą to zarówno tradycyjne teologie i instytucje religijne oraz wrogowie i krytycy chrześcijaństwa. Niemniej istotne jest to, że zdaniem Autora, przekaz Ewangelii — moralny i metafizyczny (eschatologiczny) — ma charakter uniwersalny, inkluzywny, a nie ekskluzywny. Dotyczy wszystkich, bez względu na religijną przynależność, praktykowany kult itd.

Energetic Metaphysics of the Gospel

Summary

The book aims at demonstrating that the Gospels assume the existence of energetic metaphysics. The vision of reality as interactions and flows of energy becomes an alternative for traditional metaphysics of being. In the presented approach energies are the powers that endow reality with a dynamic character and also guarantee its unity. Reality exists in a state of constant tension. The Gospels assume the existence of numerous spheres of energy, ordered hierarchically: physical, vital, psychical, mental, normative, mystical, and messianic. Their mutual permeation and interaction create the world known to man. Individuals as well as particular objects are perceived on the one hand as relative energy centres and on the other hand as elements of the power structure of the universe. Every change of power relations between specific energy centres means the change of the whole structure. The powers of relative energy centres come from an autonomous absolute centre.

The description of the mechanisms of the world’s functioning present in the Gospel differs from the popular and scientific ones, as it assumes the perspective of everlasting, timeless existences and radiations. What seems particularly significant in this aspect are divisions of existences (energies and energy centres) into absolute and relative, spiritual and non-spiritual, eternal and transient, as well as into positive and negative ones.

In the presented interpretation Jesus of Nazareth is perceived first of all as an extraordinary centre of various types of energy. He is the incarnation of Logos, understood as the mind of God. His mission is to enlighten people with correspondence truth about God and the world, with normative truth about the required norms of behaviour, and with soteriological truth concerning the conditions of redemption as well as the creation of conditions for redemption; moreover, he realizes metaphysical truth, aimed at defeating the forces of evil and sowing the seeds of God’s Kingdom on Earth.
